I spent 9+ years building the systems that kept aerospace manufacturing running — the SOPs, the safety documentation, the training programs, the test methods — for organizations where a single mistake could shut down a $10M production line.
Before that, I led lab operations at a university research center, ran technical training for engineers, and worked directly with regulatory pressure (DOSH, L&I-style compliance requirements) that doesn't leave room for guesswork.
